So to give you readers a peek into my life, I’d like to share our family newsletter with all who didn’t get it, which is basically, the world minus forty people!! So to all you out there whoever you may be Happy Holidays!!
We hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! What a busy year 2012 has been for our family!
Nick is still living in Marlton and loves it. He comes by often to visit with us and the cats. He is still working at PNC bank in Moorestown . He is very involved with music-performing and writing songs.
Andrew and Meaghan were married on November 4 of this year- It was a beautiful celebration! Meaghan did an outstanding job of coordinating every detail to make the day perfect and meaningful in every way. We are so happy to welcome Meaghan to our family! They are living in Paulsboro with their dog, Bella and cat, Zach.
Peter and Melissa are both busy and doing well. Peter is graduating from Rutgers in May! He has worked so hard working and going to school-we are so proud of him.. Missy attends Rutgers in New Brunswick and works at Hallmark. We have a great time talking about our shared love of birds and animals. They are living in Riverside and Peter stops in frequently to talk politics and the state of the world!
Elizabeth is a senior this year at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. She is an RA again this year. She also graduates in May and is currently finishing up her applications for graduate school in School Psychology. Elizabeth studied in Ireland for a month this past summer and absolutely loved it. She was able to squeeze in a weekend trip to London too.
Sadly, Ed’s mother passed away in September. She fought long and hard against Parkinson’s Disease for many years. We are very thankful for the staff at Riverview Estates who cared for her with love and kindness.
Ed is still with the same company-33 years last August. Ed really enjoys listening to music and reading. He has a great blog that he writes for daily. He ran in a few races this year-one was to benefit funding and awareness for lung cancer. Missy’s brother Will is fighting lung cancer and it is an important cause for our family. Kathy is still working for the Riverside School District and loves it. She is still involved with genealogy research and various creative projects. She is also teaching in an after school program 3 days a week and loves working with the kids. We are entertained daily by our 5 cats. We greatly miss our cat Simon who passed away in September. He was over 19 years old and a good and faithful boy.
A Merry Christmas from the Karn family
