Cappadocia is the third recording as a duo for Jeff Johnson and Phil Keagqy. The inspiration for the album is Cappadocia, a visually spectacular area in central Turkey. Christians have regarded Cappadocia and the surrounding area, as a place of great spirituality for several thousand years.

Sunday my goal was to make up for not running twice last week because it was windy. I ran last Tuesday and then skipped Thursday and Friday because of the wind. So to make up for that I decided to run at least s six miles yesterday. And overall I was able to meet my goal.

Yesterday was supposed to be a running day. And like a true hard-core runner, I wimped out because it was too windy. There are several conditions under which I will not run. First I don’t run in the rain. My glasses do not have wiper blades and rainy conditions are. It good for me! Second, I see no reason to run when the temperatures are below 30 degrees. Nor do I run at night! And finally, when it’s really windy.
