What’s Karnucopia…and a Favorites Playlist

Karnucopia is a website that’s like a cornucopia. However, where a cornucopia is overflowing with fruits and vegetables and other foodstuff, Karnucopia is flowing with my ramblings about: the books I read, the music I listen to, the actions I take to turn back my biological clock and everything else the flows through my ADHD and aged addled brain.

Now since this since was formally called This Man Reads, has Read and will Read let me tell you that since my last post about books in which I recapped my January Reads I have read 24 more books. That means right now the total number of books I have read in 2022 is 29. Con means I haven’t written about a whole slew of books.

Additionally, the last post I made about running was on February23 of this year. Now while I have run many times between then and now I somehow always avoided writing about those runs! Additionally though I haven’t run since I sprained my ankle on May 28th.

The bottom line is that over the last 5-6 months  I have written squat! So in order to remedy that situation, I think I need to expand the scope of this site beyond just books. So from here on out Karnucopia will be about all facets of my life (aren’t you lucky!)

A Return to Roots Music

So over the last several days I have been rediscovering a musical genre that I left several years ago American Roots music. I’ve listened to a few bluegrass and a group of folk albums. I hope to write about a few of them soon!
