So you know your old when you hear your son say. “Wow, I can’t believe that I’ve been listening to that album for 20 years”! Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers – Live at the World Cafe

So my son Andrew, his girlfriend Meaghan and I went to see Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers (RCPM)at Live at the World Cafe on Friday night. Andrew and I had gone to see RCPM last year at Andrew’s suggestion. That was my inaugural RCPM concert and what I saw then was a great show with just about everyone but me singing along and knowing every word to every song! So that whenever Roger stopped singing the crowd took over! The crowd as usual was a mix of young and old, but everyone was enthusiastic! Reconnecting with… Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers

Last year my son Andrew introduced me to the band Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers he told me he thought I’d like their music. So I went with him to see them at World Cafe Live! and it was a great show. I had downloaded a couple of their albums so I knew some of the songs before the show, but still felt out of place when the show started and all the fans started signing every song! Anyway it was a great show and after the show I kept listening to some of the albums but then I change mp3 players and lost the albums.
